Shipping Policy

Every order is handled with care — with clear timelines, tracked delivery, and a considered experience from checkout to arrival.

At Avenyra Paris, we ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered with efficiency and transparency.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. We offer both Standard and Express delivery options.

Estimated delivery times below are counted after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Note: If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express at checkout where available.

International shipping

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Avenyra Paris cannot be held liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you need to request an address change after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@avenyra.com. Please note that modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Lost or delayed shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Care team. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to their operational conditions.
