How do I place an order?

Select your piece, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number:

Do you restock sold-out items?

We occasionally restock selected core pieces. If a size is unavailable, we recommend checking back or contacting Client Care for guidance.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Orders within the EU are delivered without customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

How do I start a return?
  1. Email info@avenyra.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with the correct return instructions and address.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically issued within 3–7 business days after your return is received and approved. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Most pieces run true to size. Fit can vary by fabric and silhouette. If you’re unsure, email us with your height and usual size — we’ll advise the best match.

Can I get fit advice before ordering?

Yes. Send a note to info@avenyra.com with your height, measurements (bust/waist/hips), and the item you’re considering.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

For EU customers, VAT is included in the displayed price. For customers outside the EU, local taxes or duties may apply depending on destination.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We ship orders in refined, protective packaging. If you’d like a gift note, contact Client Care after placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
