Refund & Return Policy

At Avenyra Paris, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our Customer Care team is here to assist you.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With all tags and protective elements intact

Not eligible for return (hygiene & safety):

  • Pierced jewellery
  • Beauty and cosmetic products
  • Intimate apparel

Items purchased during sale periods or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at: info@avenyra.com

Include your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@avenyra.com

Include clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
